Army medical college is known for producing excellence in teaching, research and clinical skills in field of dentistry. As Head of department my mission is to keep up the institution pride, skill and confidence in my students. My prime focus is not only practicing educational and research development but also enhancing my students at individual level to reach the height of excellence.

Oral Biology and tooth morphology is concerned with morphological and anatomical features of oral cavity and its related structures. To teach 1st year students of BDS, Horizontal integration of modular system is used which include not only lectures, demonstrations and practical but also discussions, tutorials and problem-based learning exercises. Department has international standard microscopes for accurate visualization of histological slides. Moreover, teaching facilities are enhanced with availability of wide range of study models, charts and multimedia.
